We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. As a Customer Service Associate / Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring smooth transactions at the point of sale. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or point-of-sale systems
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision
- Assist customers in locating products and answering any inquiries they may have
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Promote additional products or services through upselling techniques
- Provide support to other team members as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal -
- Knowledge of technical sales, wireless sales, jewelry sales, or electronics sales is beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
